Proposed New Development: Land at Weston Road, Aston on Trent
FINAL UPDATE
This application was rejected by South Derbyshire District planning committee and thankfully Richborough Estates declared that they would not pursue an appeal. The six month period in which they could have appealed has now lapsed, bringing an end to the threat.
A huge thanks to all those involved in opposing this development, including the large number of residents who took the time to write a response to the planning committee.
